SK Mouthpieces – Terms & Conditions

1. Product Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping fees and a $65 restocking fee per mouthpiece.

Returned items must be in original, new condition, showing no signs of wear or use, and must include all original packaging. All returns must be fully insured. Items showing signs of wear may be refused or may receive a reduced refund, determined solely by SK Mouthpieces. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

1.1 Requesting a Return

  • You must contact us via email before shipping any item back.

  • Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

  • For orders containing multiple items, your return request must specify exactly which items you intend to return.

  • Items not listed in the return request will not be accepted.

1.2 Exchanges

Upon request, a mouthpiece may be exchanged one time only for a different size.
All exchanged items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom orders

  • Lightly played or refurbished mouthpieces

  • International orders

  • Discounted items purchased during sales events

  • Mouthpieces exchanged for a different size

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled by email within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.

Additional restrictions:

  • Merch orders cannot be canceled.

  • Discounted orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping Insurance

  • For refacing and repair services, the client is responsible for shipping insurance both ways.

  • For product purchases, SK Mouthpieces insures the shipment to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for insuring any item returned to SK Mouthpieces for any reason.

5. Duties and Import Taxes

For all international orders and for all mouthpieces sent to SK Mouthpieces for service:
The client/customer is responsible for all customs clearance fees, duties, and import taxes.

6. Design Flaws and Liability Policy

SK Mouthpieces identifies and corrects visible and measurable design flaws as part of our work. However, SK Mouthpieces does not assume liability for any manufacturing defects, structural issues, or inherent design limitations of a mouthpiece.

All such inherent, hidden, or pre-existing conditions remain the sole responsibility of the mouthpiece’s manufacturer or owner.
