Return policy on products:

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of an item, return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we’ll give you a full refund minus shipping fees and a $65 restocking fee per mouthpiece.

Returned items must be in original, new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. Items must include all original packaging and be fully insured. If items show any sign of wear they might not be accepted as returns or will receive a lower refund if accepted. This will be determined by our assessment only. You can expect the refund within a month of receipt of a returned item.

Requesting a return:

  • Before shipping an item back contact us first via email.

  • Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

  • Return requests must be specific to each item in orders with multiple items.

  • Items not mentioned in the return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

Upon request, mouthpieces may be returned to be exchanged for a different size one time only. A mouthpiece exchanged for a different size will be considered a final sale.

What is not refundable:

All custom orders are non-refundable.

All lightly played and refurbished mouthpiece orders are non-refundable.

All International orders are non-refundable.

Discounted items purchased during sales events.

Mouthpieces exchanged for a different size.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled by email up until 24 hours after it has been placed. After 24 hours the order has been placed no cancellations will be accepted.

• Merch orders can not be canceled.

• Discounted orders can not be canceled.

Shipping Insurance

  • The client is responsible for shipping insurance in both directions for refacing and repair jobs.

  • SK Mouthpieces is responsible for shipping insurance on purchased mouthpieces sent to customers. The customer is responsible for insurance on any product returned to SK Mouthpieces for any reason.

Duties and Import Taxes

  • The client/customer is responsible for ALL related custom clearance fees for international orders

  • The client/customer is responsible for ALL related custom clearance fees on mouthpieces returned after any service at SK Mouthpieces.
