The AEVI is a hard rubber mouthpiece for tenor saxophone with a high baffle that rolls over into a medium/large chamber, giving it a lot of power. Ergonomically it is slimmer than most hard rubber mouthpieces making it a great piece for players switching from a metal mouthpiece.
This piece has an extensive range dynamically and sonically. It is outstanding for acoustic playing and also shines in a section or solo with a really loud pop/rock/funk band.
The AEVI mouthpieces are all hand-faced and finished by Stephan Kammerer and made with the highest grade German hard rubber.
